“I first heard about Will through a friend who had used him to renovate and do a major addition to her home. “Will is young and enthusiastic, with limitless energy. He uses quality subcontractors who are reliable and work for him on a regular basis. He takes a lot of pride in everything he builds.
Will comes from a family of home builders, and worked for his stepfather’s company as Site Supervisor for a number of years before starting his own business. I believe his pricing is very competitive due to his willingness to make considerably less profit on each home as compared with many other builders. I think that is why he has remained busy throughout the housing downturn; building quality homes at a very reasonable price. He is also one of the few builders that banks are lending to, because he doesn't have homes sitting unsold.
I think you will find Will very easy to work with. You will find that Will is tough and firm with his subcontractors, and they aim to please him! Will tends to be a perfectionist. If there are change orders, of course, they should be in writing. Will can be reached by cell phone anytime. If he doesn't answer, he always calls back.
